Aria Studio Consultants delivered a purpose-built industrial facility for Utility Trailer to support fleet servicing, distribution, and customer operations in a rapidly growing logistics corridor. The project combines 11,000 square feet of warehouse and service bay space with 4,000 square feet of office and showroom functions, providing both operational capability and a customer-facing environment in a single location.

The pre-engineered metal building is designed with 27-foot clear ceiling heights and robust structural capacity to accommodate overhead crane installation, heavy equipment movement, and full-scale trailer servicing. Multiple oversized service doors streamline vehicle access and support efficient drive-through operations.

Aria’s design emphasizes durability, safety, and optimized workflow—featuring ample lighting, organized circulation, and specialized infrastructure required for equipment maintenance. The exterior presence communicates brand visibility along a major transportation route, while the interior offers a clean, well-planned layout tailored to Utility Trailer’s ongoing operational needs.
