Aria Studio Consultants designed this state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility to support a healing environment through natural daylight, intuitive circulation, and improved care team efficiency. Originally planned as an assisted living facility, the project transitioned mid-construction to a specialized skilled nursing facility. Aria led the redesign effort through detailed studies, stakeholder coordination, and regulatory compliance to integrate medical equipment, infrastructure, and care-specific planning requirements. The result is a thoughtfully designed facility centered on quality care, patient well-being, and operational efficiency.
